Class Action

Litigation continues in the Germano et al versus Venture Supply et al class action, with defendants Venture Supply, Porter Blaine, and Harbor Walk, LLC all appearing in court. Each defendant has requested that the federal court dismiss all claims against them. Plaintiffs have now filed an opposition to Venture Supply and Porter Blaine's motion to dismiss.
